Social support is a key to our Happiness. It has been found that those people who have strong relations, with friends and family are more healthy and happy. Bring more mindfulness in your daily tasks. Do them with awareness. This will break the chain of –ve thinking and promote wellbeing. Involve yourself in meeting with like-minded people make a support group. Plan to be a part of any social organisation. And the most important thing is Be Happy and Spread happiness all around you. It can be through social media also. A singly uplifting message can raise the spirits of many. All have to do is spread it through words and deed!!
